We know many companies incorporate shipping costs into their product prices, but we like to be completely transparent with our pricing. The costs of us producing your fibres can go up and down along with the price couriers charge us to deliver your order. Sometimes you may feel our shipping prices are a little high, but that's the actual cost of shipping the parcel to you and we regularly lose a little when the parcel is slightly larger than expected. Our products are constantly reviewed to have industry beating prices so your whole order cost will still be very impressive!

How We Package Your Order
We aim to use as little plastic as possible when packaging your order. However, in order to protect fibres from felting/combining & reduce excessive shipping costs, we do need to package certain fibres in plastic bags. where possible, we will always seek to reduce non-recyclable options.

We will ship to the address provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all provided addresses are correct and accurate. World of Wool is not responsible for delivery issues or costs arising from incorrect information being provided.
Following International guidelines, we do not charge VAT of overseas orders. Please check your country tax guidelines before ordering to see what customs, duties & taxes you may be charged once the parcel arrives in your country.
All International orders are dispatched Airmail or with our courier service. International deliveries can take up to 14 days from dispatch. Please note that all overseas deliveries are DAP incoterms. Custom, duties and taxes are the buyers responsibility and we cannot be liable for any shipments held or quarantined at the border.
Once an overseas order has been placed the customer becomes the importer and therefore takes ownership & liability for any import VAT & customs duties required.
We do not accept any responsibility for delay or non-delivery caused by fire, strikes, lockouts, accidents, war, force-majeur, government control or requisition, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Custom, duties and taxes are the buyers responsibility and we cannot be liable for any shipments held or quarantined at the border.
We'll always show you the most cost effective way of delivering your parcel from our trusted couriers. If you have a specific request for us to use an alternative courier, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can obtain a delivery quote for you.
World of Wool is proud to be able to ship worldwide! There are a handful of countries where UK couriers cannot deliver due to specific country ruling.
If your country does not appear as an option whilst checking out, please contact us so we can look into this for you.
All orders are processed within 5 working days, but usually they are shipped within just a couple!
Once shipped, your order is delivered the next working day by our designated tracked courier and you'll receive tracking information to the email address used when placing your order.
Please note: If you have selected our 2nd Class Signed For option, Royal Mail have advised us that this can take up to 15 working days and will not allow us to raise a location query until day 10.
Our designated tracked couriers will sadly not allow us to ship to PO Boxes, sorry about that!
