Q&A

What is your craft?

Wet felting, hats and headwear.

What do you enjoy most about your craft?

I love the humble origins of wool, and the alchemy of hot water, hard work and an idea. I enjoy happy accidents-my hats grew from a tea cosy mistake. I like challenging myself to learn new techniques, to stretch my capabilities.

What is your favourite fibre?

Blue faced Leicester tops.

What is your favourite breed of sheep?

Portland, they're small, curly and have amazing horn.

How long have you been a WoW customer?

I first discovered you, probably 10 years ago. I like the extensive colour range, affordability, and buying wool from un-mulesed sheep.

Do you have a top tip for your fellow crafters?:

Always make the time for it!
