As you enter our warehouse in Milnsbridge you’ll get a real sense of our business as the machines will be working and orders being fulfilled as you browse. At reception you’ll find gift ideas, cards, magazines, books and DVDs.
You can’t fail to see the many Pick & Mix aisles that run both upstairs and downstairs with box upon box of fibres to choose from including effect fibres like Angelina, viscose and wool nepps; speciality fibres such as cashmere, camel and mohair; plus our popular range of dyed merino tops, of course. In addition we also have silks, pre-felt and felt - which can be cut to order.
And if all that browsing is thirsty work, why not enjoy a tea and cake in our glass fronted coffee shop, which gives you a birds-eye view of the factory floor below.
The World of Wool factory shop and coffee shop are open Monday to Friday, 9am –4pm.
