In addition to the discounts we provide to our online customers, we have now introduced a loyalty card for those customers who visit us at our Factory Shop.

For every £20 spent in the shop you'll receive a stamp. When you've filled your card you'll be entitled to £20 worth of goods absolutely free!*

Our Factory Shop is a haven for all wool lovers with aisle upon aisle of fibres to tempt you, and a reception stocked full of gift ideas, books, magazines and DVDs. Plus there's also our Coffee Shop for when you've finished browsing!

*Loyalty card can only be used in our factory store. You will only receive a stamp for items purchased in store. You will NOT receive a stamp when purchasing online. Valid in store on presentation of loyalty card with 10 stamps. The card can be used once only and must be handed in on redemption.
