We just wanted to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to everyone who has completed our customer survey so far, and to fill you in on the results to date.
- A huge 98% of you thought our customer service was good or excellent.
- 94% said our knowledge was good or excellent.
- 93% thought our products were value for money, with less than 1% saying we could do better.
- When it came to variety of products, 95% said we were good or excellent.
- 88% thought the content on our web site (other than products) was good or excellent.
We are obviously delighted with these results, but there is always room for improvement, which is why we wanted to do this survey to get your feedback.
You also gave us plenty of ideas on how we can improve, and we've already added more natural fleeces to our range, including
Polwarth, and are currently looking through the extensive list you gave us to see what else we can implement.
