To commemorate the 5th anniversary of the Campaign for Wool, a major celebration was held at Clarence House, hosted by the campaign's Patron His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales, which sought to highlight two key benefits of this versatile and natural fibre.
Two of the Campaign's most frequently made claims about wool are its safety and environmental qualities, and the event featured tests to demonstrate both. A fire retardancy test and a demonstration of how wool quickly biodegrades in soil.
The day also featured an immersive wool fashion, interiors presentation and enlightening talks by very special guests including HRH The Prince of Wales and Nicholas Coleridge CBE, Chairman of the Campaign for Wool.
