All UK orders are dispatched with our courier service. Standard orders will be processed and despatched within 5 working days or 10 days if the order contains a custom blend.
UK customers can choose our Next Working Day Delivery Service (Mon to Fri - Not available for orders containing custom blends). An additional charge of £10 will be added to the standard delivery cost for this service. See Postage & Handling for standard delivery charges. Orders must be received before 10.30am in order to qualify for this service. If you choose this service but your order is placed after 10.30am, it will be despatched the following working day for delivery the day after. Eg Order placed at 11.30am on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday.
All International orders are dispatched Airmail or with our courier service. International deliveries can take up to 14 days from dispatch.
We do not accept any responsibility for delay or non-delivery caused by fire, strikes, lockouts, accidents, war, force-majeur, government control or requisition, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Custom, duties and taxes are the buyers responsibility and we cannot be liable for any shipments held or quarantined at the border.
